Uni was all very unique and none of the varieties were bitter or metallic like uni can sometimes be. Got to sit and watch the chefs pump out bowl after bowl, they're like machines with how popular this restaurant is. Overall it was delicious but there are probably more interesting sushi to spend your time and money on especially if the wait is very long when you get there. Even when you're seated it will be a long wait until they get to your order so enjoy some sake and watch the show.

Long queue but worth the wait Uni don explosion and the flavour profile is just amazing and delicious. I got to try 5 different types of uni and they definitely all have special flavours of its own. If you love fresh uni and not visiting Hokkaido anytime soon then this is the place to be.

Choose kanade 5,900 yen, a rice bowl with sea urchin tasting. It was delicious The price is reasonable (~_~;) Is it for foreign tourists?

Uni, famous in Tsukiji There are delicious and not delicious ones. Today, out of the 5 types available to try, there is no Rishiri. The only thing I've tried from Kushiro is the bafun uni. It's the most delicious.

Extremely delicious sea urchin, you can enjoy multiple dishes with one order~~~ Push~ (It took about 30 minutes to wait from the alley at the end of the queue to being seated)
